Delhi, March 11, 2025 – EduGyani (Institutes and Home Tutors) successfully organized an awareness program at North DMC School, Shahbad Dairy, Delhi, focusing on Holi celebrations and ‘Good Touch, Bad Touch’ awareness for school children. The initiative aimed to educate students on safe and respectful celebrations while also addressing child safety and personal boundaries.

Promoting a Safe and Enjoyable Holi

The session began with an interactive discussion on the significance of Holi, the festival of colors. Students were encouraged to celebrate responsibly, respecting personal space and avoiding harmful chemical-based colors. The team from EduGyani emphasized the importance of seeking consent before applying colors to others, ensuring that festivities remain joyful and respectful.

Understanding ‘Good Touch and Bad Touch’

Recognizing the importance of child safety, the program also included a session on ‘Good Touch and Bad Touch’ to help children understand personal boundaries and the importance of speaking up against inappropriate behavior. Through engaging storytelling, role-playing, and visual aids, students were taught how to identify safe and unsafe touch, trust their instincts, and report any uncomfortable situations to trusted adults.

EduGyani’s trainers made the session interactive and engaging, encouraging students to ask questions and share their thoughts. The use of real-life scenarios helped children relate to the concepts, ensuring better understanding and retention of the lessons.
